Features Specifications:
1. The rotary blade pulley and blade can be disassembled which
makes it easier to clean and maintain.
2. The rotary blade adopts V shape installation so that the blades
can cut material evenly, it can decrease the noise and energy
consumption.
3. Each rotary blade has 4 same cutting knife edge, when one side
becomes dull, you can change another side into using,which prolongs
the service time of rotary blades.
4 The machine bearing adopts NSK high-sealing bearing of Japan. The
machine adopts the patented dense-displacement knife structure of
our company and has a special hydraulic-driven forced pushing
mechanism.
5. PLC program control system, automatically rotating,shut down,
safe and reliable running of the machine. The blade can rotate in
opposite direction.
6.The shredder has the advantages of strong crushing ability,
stable performance, high efficiency, low temperature rise,
convenient operation, etc., and multiple switch protection, safe
and reliable.
