Production process of HDPE pipe production line produced by BEISU
Machinery:
(1) HDPE raw materials and masterbatch pellets are dried and mixed
into the dry mixing machine. The HDPE raw materials are uniformly
mixed into the hopper through the vacuum suction machine. The

(2) The raw materials are plasticized by a single-screw extruder
and extruded, and the side SJ30 single-screw extruder extrudes the
color-coded line.
(3) The HDPE pipe is extruded from the mold and then enters the
vacuum sizing box for sizing and pipe cooling.
(4) After the HDPE pipe comes out of the vacuum sizing box, it
enters the cooling water tank or cools the spray water tank
according to the pipe diameter.
(5) After the pipe is formed, it enters the printing process of the
printer.

tractor
